All items will be delivered via Pos Laju only. We DO NOT entertain any Cash On Delivery (COD) or self collect request or meet up. All communication can ONLY be done via e-mails and we try our best to reply within 24 hours.
Please note that there will be limited e-mail support after office hours and during weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Public Holidays, But we will try to answer the best we can accordingly. A confirmation e-mail with detailed instructions or information and bank-in details will be sent to the respective buyer that successfully made an order.
Full and correct payment need to be done in three (3) days after the order has made. We reserve the right to IGNORE buyer or CANCEL the order if no payment is received in three (3) days after the order has made. Please DO NOT buy for any items listed in this store if buyer DO NOT agree any of the above points.
Return Policy: No exchange on used items. All returned items MUST be the same as the condition as we ship out. AND can only be exchanged and must be sent back within 48 hours. Seller is not responsible of damage during delivery. NO DAMAGED ITEMS by buyer allowed for exchanging.
