1. Is it a secure website? How can I make sure I will receive the order after I pay for it?

Yes it's safe to make the order on our web. We do business on the basis of honesty and equality.
If you have any concern, you can pay by visa or master credit card( Paypal ). We get the money from the payment company on condition that the customer has got the package.If you pay and receive nothing, we can't get the payment and the money will be returned to you eventually.

2. Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum amount and you can order what you want. Mixed items are welcome.

3. How can I order on your web?

Please click the Order Form tab at upper level of our web, completely fill up the Order Form, then click Submit to checkout, check again the Order & shipping Information and Continue checkout,click Confirm the order.We will process invoice and return an email to you as soon as possible.

4. What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept
Banking Online Transfer for local buyer ( Malaysia )
Visa and Master , Amex credit card ~ Paypal ( local & Oversea buyer )
Western union and money gram. ( Oversea buyer only )

5. How much do you charge for shipping?

Local shipping is send by Poslaju, Each item are average charge as RM10 (Peninsular) and RM13 (East Malaysia)
Oversea order is sent by DHL. The shipping cost is mainly determined by the destination and weight. You can add items to cart and check the shipping cost to your country.

6. How long does it take to receive my order?

For local delivery will take about 2 to 3 working days to reach your destination.
Oversea delivery normally it takes about 7-10 business days to receive the order after shipment.

7. How can I track my order? Will I be notified when the order is sent?

The tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is sent.

Order sent by DHL and you can track it on http://track.dhl-usa.com/trackbynbr.asp

Attention: When you receive the email saying the order has been delivered, please track it online after 1-3 days as the Courier company needs some time to update the web.


8. What is your return policy?

If you receive something that needs return, please contact us in 7 days upon the receipt of the package. We shall not hold any responsibility if you contact us after 7 days.
If the item is defective, please provide us with the pictures of the one you receive and we’ll fix this matter together.
If it has nothing to do with the quality, for example, you dislike the item or it’s unfit, etc, you can return it to us for exchange or refund, but you have to pay shipping.
